How the Process Begins
The first step is to complete a brief inquiry form. This allows me to check for conflicts of interest and obtain basic information about your matter.
I then review the submission and follow up regarding next steps. Depending on the nature of the matter, the next step may be a consultation or another intake step.
I understand that contacting an attorney can feel like a significant step. I aim to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible.
Submitting the inquiry form or contacting the Firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after a written engagement agreement is signed.
